&BEYOND is an award-winning, luxury experiential travel company that produces tailormade exclusive safaris and tours in Africa, Asia, and South America. D&S was asked to produce a range of new luxury gift items for travellers, including a suitcase, soap bag, record bag, travel wallet and luggage tag.
All gift items were produced in 100% leather, embossed with &BEYOND’s signature branding. To ensure the items were of a standard suitable for their discerning clients, the CEO tested the suitcase prototype on a business trip from London to Cape Town.
Included in the brief was a request to deliver gifts directly to their customer’s home address so that these gifts could be used and enjoyed on their forthcoming holiday. Their new assortment of gifts was available online, following the confirmation of a holiday booking.
D&S’s in-house courier team were responsible for coordinating the deliveries, which began as soon as passenger’s itineraries were confirmed and printed. With &BEYOND customers being predominately located in America, Europe and Australia, the delivery operation was a truly worldwide effort and showcased the seamless logistical experience we offer.
